Script to batch apply pan and zoom to folder of images

Does anyone know of a batch action script for applying a pan and zoom / Ken Burns effect on a folder of photos? Not one after another in the same file like a slideshow, but a script that could select an image in a folder, open, apply pan and zoom, export as movie, close. And then move onto the next image and do the same. So a folder of still images would be processed and saved to a folder that would then be full of individual pan and zooms.
Just wondering if there's an app or script or action out there or an apple scripting tutorial of the same? I'm not very familiar with scripting...

TIA!!

Folder, opening, add effect and export all in one, dont think that is an option for Premiere.

There is this plugin from Prolost that can do just the Ken Burns effect in After Effects.
