Scrolling out too fast zooms in fully on timeline

When you zoom out in the timeline (too fast appearently according to premiere) It snaps back to fully zoomed in. This is a very very very annoying issue that i deal with on a daily basis.

Look at the bottom bar you can really see the zoom in this happens when i just scroll out a bit fast i really have to scroll really slowly in order for it not to completely zoom in.

Expected result: For it not to zoom in like crazy when i try to zoom out.

Hola buenos días, lo que te recomiendo es reiniciar el programa y mantener presionadas las teclas CTRL + SHIFT+ALT y ejecutar el programa estro restaura la configuración inicial del software.
Eso debiera solucionar el problema.

I am also experiencing this issue! Incredibly annoying. I'm using an MX Master 3S for Mac mouse on my Macbook Pro M3, latest Premiere.

Same problem here.

On both the 2023 and 2024 versions of Premiere.

I have to zoom very very slowly or else it snaps to fully zoomed in.

Issue fixed on its own. Zoom works again on both versions. Might have been de OS or premiere update, I'm not sure.

Same here. Have had this for a while now, can't remember the first time I had this but it's likely on the later 2022-2023 versions. It's a real time (and flow) waster

I have the same issue.

When I try to zoom out, th etimeline just randomly jumps back to fully zoomed in.
I have an ordinary Hama MW-500 mouse, but it works fine with an older version of Premiere on my other laptop.
