Search bar in the "Help" menu disappeared

Hi everyone,

I need your help, I really don't know what to do anymore.

For a couple of years now, on macOS, the search bar in the "Help" menu has disappeared, but only and exclusively when I use the Premiere Pro software. It happened all of a sudden, without any update involved. As you can see from the screenshots I attach, it is present on all other software (DaVinci Resolve in this case), but not on Premiere Pro. I have already tried updating, reinstalling, resetting preferences, and clearing caches. Since it's on the menu bar, I can't understand if it's due to a Mac or a Premiere Pro setting.

I've been asking everyone for years, colleagues, friends but no one has ever been able to solve this problem for me.
