Seeking extension/preset to fix exposure/color of footage from outdoor show with sun behind stage

Hello, I shot video of stage performances in the late afternoon, with the sun behind the dancers and musicians. I tried to make exposure and color adjustments myself, and you still can't see much detail of people's front sides. Is there a Premiere Pro extension or LUT or other preset I can buy that would automatically make the video subjects more clearly visible?

With the types of video editing I usually do, I don't need to be very proficient at exposure/color correction.

Thank you in advance for any guidance that doesn't require me to learn a new editing vocabulary or major skillset!

Are there other things you would adjust besides the Shadows level? It feels so flat to me compared to the vibrance of the actual show. For example, below are 2 still shots taken by a photographer from the side of the stage.

You can bring up overall saturation some, but I would do the most by bringing up the Creative tab's Vibrance control, as that will do more to the low saturated hues.

The unfortunate thing for your files is what should be middle values are too low in brightness. Visual contrast has two parts, luma (brightness) contrast and chroma (color) contrast. Low brightness values don't have enough data to have a ton of color. Not nearly as much as the middle values, where most color 'resides'.

That's not something that 'automates' real well yet. At least with anything I've seen. And for this, it SO depends on how much data you have to manipulate. If you could post or share a still, that would help me get an idea what ... if anything ... might work. Or how far you can probably take it.

This is by lifting the Shadows in the Basic tab to about "83" on the numerical scale. It's about as far as it will go without breaking apart.
