Selection Follows Playhead BROKEN

Question

I turn on Selection follows playhead, skip to next edit and it works fine. But when i press play and the playhead moves along the timeline, when it stops, the selection still remains on the previous clip. It’s supposed to select the clip the playhead is over!

This is slowing me down massively as I rely on this feature along with my tourbox to fly through edits making quick adjustments.

It worked fine on 25 but 26.3 has broken it.

Thanks Kevin, rather embarrassingly restarting premiere seemed to work. Sorry!

Hey Darren,Thanks for the report. I haven't been able to reproduce or test this yet, but I'll take a look. If anyone else can confirm the behavior in 26.3 (and whether it worked as expected in 25.x), that would be helpful. I hope we can figure this out.Thanks,Kevin
