SELF ALIGNMENT (cut sequences)

Hey everybody! I hope you can help me... My issue is that i'm very annoyed by the fact that when you get rid of a cut sequence, the remaining sequences don't align automatic. Like you always need to drag everything to the right. Is there a way to change that? Thanks!
