Sending to media encoder glitches Edit workspace

Hi everybody,

I have a customized Edit workspace, since I have a two monitor setup, I keep different panels spread all over the two monitors.

When I go to Export workspace and press send to media encoder, Premiere automatically returns to the Edit workspace but to a default version. This happens only if I press send to media encoder, If I go to the Export workspace without exporting and then back to the Edit workspace it keeps my custom layout.

It really uses a lot of my time to always keep re-arrange the Edit workspace after each export. As a work around, if I go to the Color workspace and then back to Edit workspace, the Edit workspace goes back to the custom way that I've had it before the export.

Also, I would really like to express my disappointing that after 2 years since you introduced the new header bar we do not have an option to customise it. I really do not care about your import/edit/export workspaces, thats used space with something that is not valuable for me.
