Sequence Configurations Windows is not showing properly

I have a 1366x768 monitor on my laptop and some features are cut out, especially the 'sequence configurations' window, I cannot see the 'ok' buttom because the window is showing only half of it and it can't be resized to fit my screen. I've tryed some appearance configurations on my Windows, but no luck yet.
