Sequence loses its alpha channel during Video Transition

sorry for the late answer.

I tried to nest it and it worked at first glance.

But when I export the video, the same result will come: no alpha/transparency.

It's not the first time I tried to mask the scenes first and put a transition on both masked clips

and the same result appeared.

At the time I wasn't answering I found some ideas to "work around" it where I created my own transitions.

Put both clips on different layer and let one fade away (Opacity 100 -> 0) and the other in reverse with a white background.

Not the finest solution and doesn't solve the problem, but the result is acceptable.

Still, I'm curious how I would solve my problem.

I rendered the video (timeline from red -> green)

but it didn't changed. And if I export it, the tranparency will be still lost.

To describe the situation:

I have two Video tracks, V1 and V2. (ignore V3-5 because of censoreship).

V1 is the background and shows a video.

V2 has two clips. The left clip (TMT.avi) has an Alpha Channel and make the background transparent.

That's why you can see the video from V1 in the background of V2 (see the orange arrow on the left side).

When it's in a video transition like "Dip To White", the transparency is gone and turns black (see the orange arrow on the right side.)

The red arrows show the frame and that is it taken before the transition (left red arrow) and within the transition (right red arrow).
