Sequence Problem with Premiere Pro

Hello,

I use Premiere Pro for differents uses, especially in the professional world, however after resuming an edit that I had started a month later, I noticed that my effects options were not saved and that all the videos and effects were "compressed" into a green sequence. Could you tell me if it is possible to be able to recover at least the effect options? Unfortunately, I did not save these options that I had created.
