Sequence transcription bug in MacOS Sequoia

@julioeditorfx we worked with Apple on this issue, and recommend updating to macOS 15.3 or later, which should avoid the crash. Additionally, Premiere Pro 25.2 has a workaround for the crash if on macOS 15.0-15.2 but it will slow down transcription significantly.
