Settings for Adobe Premiere Pro for a Projector

I am new to Adobe Premiere.  I am creating video / image / audio content, in a sense a movie, for a digital backdrop for a play production.  I am looking into what projector I will be using, for example, NEC NP-P502HL-2.  Can anyone tell me what initial settings I should be using before I begin this project?

The projector is not the important part but the device your movie is going to play from: laptop, dvd/bd player or ....

Also what kind of media will you be using in what resolution?

1920x1080 would be a good place to start.
