Shared Project - MAC and PC network routing Missing files

Hi,

I have set up a shared project to use for simultaneous editing on two machines over a local network in the same room.

The drives with the source media are connected to one machine, and then the other machine connects directly to those via ethernet cable connected directly between the two PCS. This has worked wonderfully, but now I am trying to do the same thing with the same project but the machine connecting to the PC is a Mac, but once I open the project the Mac cannot find the media for the project, because the file path as the Mac reads it seems to be different from the PC file path.

The mac can connect to the PC and see the files in 'Finder' but Premiere seems to not be able to route the project to the correct place on the PC because of discrepancies in between the PC and MAC file/drive naming addresses.

Any help on how to get around this? How can I get the Mac to recognize the correct file path.

Thank you for your help!

Gabriel
