Sharing Premiere project between Mac and PC has color issues?

Hello,

I am sharing a Premiere project with a friend who has a Mac and is handling the colorgrading. When I open the project on my Windows computer there is almost a double LUT situation going on where the footage is overly saturated and cooked.

I'm not sure if the difference in Mac or Windows has anything to do with the problem but any help whatsoever would be much appreciated. Happy to upload screenshots of settings etc to get this figured out.

I've attached screenshots what I am seeing on either computer below.
