shortcuts not working premiere pro 2022 windows

I read all the threads. None of the solutions work for me. I have no clue why my shortcuts stopped working. anyone?

    yes, I tried that already. That didn't work either, however, Adobe dropped another upgrade for premiere so I installed the new update and since then my shortcuts have returned!!!
