shuttlexpress dont work with premiere pro 24 on win 11

hi all.

just got the shuttlexpress from contour design.

i cant make this work on premiere 24. the driver is installed correctly but its dont effect the program

even if i set the 'global settings' with diferent keystrokes, the keystrokes dont work in premiere.

any solution?
