Sign in loop while launching Premiere Pro cc 2019

When I tried opening the program this morning, it asked me to sign in again which I did and then it kept trying to open but fails to do so. A white Adobe window keeps flashing while it's stuck loading (without really loading)

I try to close the window but the whole program shuts down.

I have tried then to sign out of creative cloud and sign back in. Then, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, even installed a previous version to see if it would help.

Nothing has.
