I tried following the steps on this page:  Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup - but theses solutions did not work.

Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this error?

Thanks!

    Tymon,

    Try rolling back to 13.0.1.

    Thanks,

Mac or Windows, and exactly which version?

Brand and model of video card, and did you update from the vendor site as it says at the link you posted?

Do you have ONE video card, or two (such as is fairly common in a laptop)?

Windows 10 Home, Version 1809, OS build 17763.194

Nvidia GTX 1070, driver version 417.35. Single video card. I made sure the driver was updated from the Nvidia link in the above page, and also verified via the Nvidia software on my laptop.

    Laptop is a PowerSpec 1510.

    Thanks very much!

OK... last idea is to try earlier nvidia drivers, since the latest is not always the best
