Single-Band Compressor resets on mono tracks when copying or using a preset in Premiere

I'm currenty running Premiere Pro 23.4.0 (but have had this issue for some time now). 

I have a saved audio preset with a Single-Band Compressor (radio leveler),  EQ and Limiter and when I out this on a track the Single-Band compressor always resets to 0. It still shows the preset "Radio Leveler" selected, but all fields are reset. I have to deselect Radio Leveler and re select it on every individual track to rectify. 

This only happens on mono tracks. I have the same preset for stereo tracks without issue. 

The same thing happens if I try and copy + paste the compressor onto each track. No matter what I try, I need to manually deselect and re-select the preset.
