sistema operacional não é compatível com nenhuma versão do Premiere Pro na Creative Cloud.

Ola acabei de comprar o pacote adobe, porem em todos os aplicativos aparece essa mensagem de erro, Alguem pode me ajudar? ou pode me passar o numero para suporte?
