Sizing image halfway through my video

Ok, New to Pro but like it. I have two images that I am moving across a black background. I can do that. But now I want to images to get larger and move to the final place. Every time I scale the images and move them they scale from the beginning of the video not from the place I want halfway through the video. Any help?

Remove the keyframe from the beginning of the clip.

Make sure you have a keyframe at the halfway mark and at where you want it to stop scaling.
