"Slip" Tool In a Multicam Sequence

Hi all,

Working on a multi-camera dance project. There are 8 camera angles (4 from a dress rehearsal, 4 from the show) which have all synced up to the soundtrack.

I've cut between the various angles, but occasionally need to shift a clip a few frames forward/back when transitioning between a dress rehearsal and show clip ~ (where the dancer's movement may have been slightly different).

.. a bit confused on the slip tool effect within a multi-cam sequence ..

Does the slip tool move just the particular segment selected or does it shift all of camera1's shots (which I don't want to do!) ?

Thanks!!!

Groovy! If I found one entire camera angle was slightly off is there a way to shift that entire camera? Do I have to go back into the original multicam clip with each video track to shift it? Does that then automatically transfer to the edited sequence? ..just a bit confused.. Thanks so much!

You can shift in the original clip.

Make a duplicate of your project and try it.
