Slow Bin Preview generation

Since Adobe included NVENC to decode h264 format during playback i stopped to use proxy and it is really great upgrade !
But now i found, that generation of files preview in bin is taking a lot of time and freeze Premiere Pro.
Any suggestion to fix or workarround this problem ?

You probably want to have fast ram and SSD.

I have all drives SSD and DDR4 3200 with i9 9900k + RTX 4070 Ti - and let's say bin prebiew generation is far away to be fast - also if i edit big projects with lot of files - it also freezes my pc during preview generation
