slow speed

I have just upgraded my system and built a workstation with core i7 8700 k.

Mother board is z 370 and graphic card is from nvidia gtx 1060. Operating system is windows 10. But surprisingly speed of my new workstation is extremely slow.

5 minute 1080 p project with minimal effects is taking hrs to render.

I have tried both modes software only and with cuda.

I am not able to even complete any project so far. I am really in great stress. Please help me. I am working in premier pro cc 2018.
