Small Dot showing up on Text graphic, can't find how to remove it.

Hello, I've been trying to make this video and when exported it I saw there were these small white dots underneath text layers. It shows up right where the next text layer is supposed to wipe in but there's no evidence of this except in the preview section. I can't seem to delete it but it disappears when the layer is hidden but not when the text opacity is turned to 0. I've recorded a video so you can see in case I didn't explain it well in words.

Has this happened to anyone else and has anyone found a solution?
