Smartmix - where is it?

I can not find this in Tools per the instructions.  What tools?   I so want the volume of the background music to automatically lower itself when someone is talking!!

It's called auto-ducking. It's in the Essential Sound Panel (ESP) ... and is available IF you select a dialog track and identify it as dialogue by type in the ESP, and then identify another track as music.

    Hey Neil.  Thanks!!  However, the volume of the music only drops a little.  I recorded the voice through a GoPro, so it is audible without the music but I was not wearing a microphone.  

    The ducking is barely audible.  Here are the settings I am using.  Any other ideas will be appreciated?

    I see a Generate Keyframes button.  I clicked that.  Does that create something I need to drag onto the track.  Thanks again.
