Snap to timeline glitch

I'm on v23 of Premiere and noticed on inconsistant times if I add new media to an empty sequence and drag it all the way to the start it will keep 1-2 frames of space between the first frame of the timeline and when the media starts. I noticed if I zoom into the timeline it then is able to move to the start. I'm running it on windows 11 version 21H2, procssor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz, it's a lenovo build with 16gb installed ram. I noticed a new update for premiere today so may be fixed but didn't see documentation mentioning this bug so putting it out there and will update this if I continue expereincing issues with v23.1. It isn't a big deal because shortcut keys seem to avoid that and zooming in on the timeline seems to let it move freely aswell. Just something I recenly noticed.

Correct answer Ann Bens

I have seen that once or twice in previous versions.

Move everything to the right then back to the left and it will snap to 00.00.

It's an odd bit that appears now & then. No clue, you just do what Ann says.
