So I've been trying to open up Premiere and keep having this error message

I'm not really sure what I am supposed to do, does anyone have a potential fix? Thanks in advance!

I fixed it, I just needed to open it up with the administrator account.

Do you have Premiere stored on your OneDrive? If so, try installing Premiere Pro locally on your machine. 

You can also try resetting preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/reset-preferences.html

I fixed it, I just needed to open it up with the administrator account.

Are you opening Premiere by itself or opening a project that launches Premiere?
