I had the 11.1.3 version on today but it crashed. I could not download it again so tried all the versions on the cloud but they wanted updated video drivers that i did do. None of the newer versions of premiere
worked with my laptop. I have a gt 635m graphic's driver updated but that wont work with any version over 11 it seems. I did have a working system and was making videos but not i cant do anything now.

Why discontinue the older versions. Even if the re is no support for them it would be better than having nothg at all.

Why shoul i go out and buy another pc or laptop to make the software work again.

I spent 12 hours making a film and now i cant access it.

Adobe did not cause this. Nvidia did. That GT 635m is a Fermi GPU whose support had already been completely discontinued by Nvidia itself way back in 2018. And when Adobe announced back in May of last year that it would only make the two most recent major versions available, it did so only under pressure from the third-party plugin makers that provided much of the functionality of all those older versions. Adobe did this to minimize the risk of itself being sued by those third parties (and this litigation, by extension, also applies to all users of the Adobe subscription services). In other words, you are part of the "defendants" group if Adobe itself gets sued.
