Social media product animation video

Hi,

My client has asked me to create a video for their products after they saw this on instagram.

Saturday Skin on Instagram: “Have you heard? Pink is the new black    Shop the link in our bio to pick up your Saturday …

I have created something that I am quite pleased with for a first attempt in Premier pro but was wondering if there is a better way.

For example my video is more simple. I have the products spinning in a circle and enlarging and reducing and fading effects etc.

But what I was not able to do was some of the more clever things like the products coming in one by one etc and appearing to flick or jump as in this link.

Can anyone with any experience please give me some tips?

Many thanks rob

    Rob,

This is a cool video! I think, though, that the mograph artist likely used After Effects' expressions or script in order to pull this off. It reminds me of some of the things you can do with the Repeater, however, these are not shape layers. It's more than likely this: https://aescripts.com/layer-repeater/

See if that might be less work than manually setting everything up in Premiere Pro or After Effects.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

very nice tool Kevin! it applies to any layer not just the repeater inside shapes... cool!

I wish someday such a tool is implemented inside premiere pro since this software

is getting lot of work and love for its motion graphics capabilities...

for now maybe use Dynamic Link and create this using that tool in After Effects,

it will hopefully update in Premiere Pro timeline... just a thought

okay for that part, i will explain based on that video,

to make the bottles enter 1 by one with a slight jump,

animate 1 of the bottles, keyframe position to

let it enter, slightly before the second keyframe where

it sets, drag he position value to overpass the next keyframe

a little bit, if its coming from top to bottom, slightly before

the second keyframe drag the position a bit lower than

the second keyframe to create the jump.

Nest that animated clip. then alt+drag to create copies, spread

them across a circle, then offset them at the timeline above each

other, each one starting around 6 frames after the other...

if you need a video tutorial please let me know, i will share it here
