Software locking up out of nowhere - urgent

Out of nowhere, my premiere pro software is locking up at launch (23.5).  I've re-started system.  Re-installed software.  Deleted media cache.  Even removed .mgrt files I thought my causing conflicts.  I've gone through the launch process maybe a 100 times, in most cases I can't even get past the splash screen.  Some times I get a project to launch and media to load, only for things to lock up again after a few minutes.  I've tried launch new projects, old projects, even creating brand new ones from scratch but can't get anywhere.

 

Using Mac Studio with 32 GB memory and more than enough disk space.  Presently it's the only app running and i'm at 16 GB memory used and it's just spinning rainbow wheel.  I have been trying to solve this for 8 straight hours.  Please help.  This software is my livelihood.

Thanks for the tip. I was going through the same issues, except my audio was pointed to a video screen capture software. Strange.

    solved accidentally.  Everything started working out of nowhere and was about to start editing again.  bluetooth headphones had disconnected in time.  When I reconnected, things stopped working again.  Took me a minute to make the connection, but this was definitely the problem.  Switched out of bluetooth E7 headphones to another set that was not bluetooth and worked without incident since.
