Solution for Import Errors (81, 37)

I've found this to be a painfully frustrating issue for me, and while there have been many solutions posted about the topic of various import file errors (error #37 and 81 for me), none have really done the trick for my particular case. Assuming there are others like me, I'll post what I've discovered to be a simple and 100% effective workaround for files that stubbornly refuse to import into the project correctly, despite being files created from the same camera, using the same settings, shot literally seconds after each other.

Quite simply, create another folder outside of the existing folder where your files are sitting, and move the offending files into that new folder. No need to rename the files. From here just re-import them. If you're like me, they should get reimported without issue.
