*SOLVED* Premiere Pro Not Letting me Import Presets or Browse

Hello all,

Recently have been trying to import presets that I've used for a year or so now on my other computer. When I go to import presets by going to the effects panel, right clicked and clicking on import presets it's like I didn't click it at all. Nothing happens. Nothing pops up. Haven't been able to find a solution, anyone able to help please?

*UPDATE* macOS Catalina Version 10.15.2 running Adobe Premiere Pro Version 14.1 seems to have some issues. I updated my software to 10.15.4 and now I can import presets and all that jazz. Hope this helps anyone who might've had my same problem!
