Som mudo / Mute sound

Não toca nenhum dos som, tanto dos vídeos com de música, impossibilitando a edição.
Existe modulação, mas está mudo.
• Já tentei abrir outros projetos e também não consegui ouvir o som também.
• Já testei alterar nas preferências do programa no item som e as configuração de saida de som, mas segue com o mesmo problema.
• Já tentei mutar, tocar só uma faixa e mesmo assim não funciona.
• Testei o som do computador e ele toca normalmente música e vídeos.
• Já desistalei e instalei o programa e segue sem funcionar.
• Já alterei arquivos de HD e segue sem funcionar.
• Já fiz teste com projeto criado no computador e segue sem funcionar.
• Já liguei e desliguei diversas vezes programa e computador e segue sem funcionar.
• Já coloquei 2 tipos fones de ouvido pra testar e segue sem funcionar. 

Estou usando a última versão do Premiere Pro 2020 em um MacBook Pro 2018, 1T, Memoria 16GB
