Some of my presets are deleted as soon as premiere pro closes

Hi !

For several days, on my 2 pc, I have 3 "preset pack" (with sub folder and stuff) which are automatically deleted, as soon as I close and re-open my premiere pro. I tried to delete the cache, reinstall premiere, empty the preferences, nothing worked...

Any idea of a solution?
