something wrong with my settings

I am a participant of adobe virtual realty course and when i place the trimming 360 video to the time line and try to see the vr video by using the icon it won't work like you show it in your tutorial. what can i do. Is there a default kay to come back to real mode?

    Just guessing but I think you have to have a graphics card capable to do that stuff. You can google specs necessary for it to work (gpu mem, etc. )

    If you are stuck somewhere even after rebooting and restarting program, sometimes holding down ctrl - alt - shift keys AS YOU START the program, resets you to nice fresh start.  You can google that too, see if you think it might solve your particular problem.
