Sony FS5 MXF files 'generic error'

I'm trying to import Sony FS5 MXF files into my Premiere Pro project but i get keep receiving a generic error and i am unable to import the files.

I'm running Premiere cc 2017 1.2

Can someone please suggest a workflow.

I assume you have done the obvious:

copy entire card and ingest via Media Browser,

clear media cache,

Rename top folder?

Can you upload a short clip.
