Sorry and Error Occured

I'm on OS Monterey on a late 2013 Mac Pro trash can(how adept).  Premiere Pro was working last month and for the last two days I have not even seen the splash page.  I've uninstalled everything Adobe and reinstalled a couple of times.  I've not experienced any issues with any other apps on my computer and I'm still able to open Photoshop but not Premiere of AE.  I'm not able to edit so any help is greatly appreciated.
