Hi everyone,

I really need help with this problem. Every time I try to open Premiere Pro, I get this message:

"Sorry, Premiere Pro has encountered an error and needs to close.
You will not be able to use Premiere Pro at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 102 for more information on how to resolve this issue."

I already tried most of the official troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked:

Uninstalled and reinstalled both Premiere Pro and the Creative Cloud desktop app

Signed out and back into Creative Cloud

Disabled antivirus and Windows Firewall

Checked my internet connection (works fine)

Reset preferences / caches

Tried creating a new Windows user account

Updated GPU drivers and Windows

Despite all of this, the error still shows up, and I can’t launch Premiere at all.

- Has anyone here fixed Error Code 102 before?

- Is this an account/subscription issue or something deeper in my system?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
