Sound Issues with an exported video.

I took video of a special service at our church and we weren't sure how it would record sound wise so we did a separate audio recording.  The video recording ended up not catching the entire service so I'm using the audio recording to patch in the missing parts as it was a musical performance. I've now exported three different times and the sound from the audio recording isn't on the final video. I've done everything I can think of to remedy the situation, but it's still not showing up. How do I fix this?
