Sounds only on Android phones

Premiere Pro will edit in cc 2018 and upload to YouTube Upload with wmv extension. The problem is that on a Windows computer, the iPhone will normally output sound. But Android sounds small and I want to make sure this is a Premier issue.

    I've done a fair amount of work using my Samsung S7 phone, and working those files in PrPro, exporting from both Win7 and Win10 without any issue whatever for sound.

    So ... again ... no clue what the problem you're having is about, and would love further info and maybe a link to a file showing the issue.
