Source import as Red Screen. Tried solution provide but failed

HI guys, i'm still using old version Premiere pro CS5 , 1 of my source video is showing red screen when import. 

Tried online solution as 
Clear cache, move to another folder, try to disable the Hpav accelator (This option cant find in my premiere pro)

Any other way i can try?

Other video record in same waycan be import and worknig fine. the affected video can be play in video player so is not corrupt.
