Source Monitor Cropping out the Time Navigation Bar

My source monitor has been cropping out the timeline so I cant easily scroll through clips in my assembly. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Will attach example.

I have this all the time especially with audio.

Long standing issue.

Close window and open again.

I couldn't make it happen. Try clearing your user proferences. Hold down Alt while you open PP from the icon. Then answer yes to the question. Otherwise, perhaps your video card driver needs to be updated or rolled back, etc. 

 

You didn't give us the basics, type system, pp .dot version number like 14.1, Windows version, some hardware info, etc.
