SOVLED: Premiere PRO fx3 base iso changes

Hi Guys, another day another problems with premiere pro.

i shot an interview on my SONY FX3 - dual sensitive iso - BASE ISO 800 and 2nd BASE is 12800. CINE EL QUICK.

while shooting, i changed iso a little bit higher to check, but not over the second base. 

when i play the video in a VLC back it's ok no changes. When i play it in premiere back - i can see the changes to a little higher iso? 

whats going on?

do someone know how to disable this in premiere pro?
