Spacebar, Source, Program/Timeline is not working in Premiere Pro 25.6.4

My spacebar will not work in Program/Timeline and Source panels in Premiere Pro 25.6.4. No -J-K-L keys or shortcuts.

Try resetting the preferences:
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/using/reset-preferences.html

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
