specific file export (codec, container, format?)

I have media player that supports MPEG-1/4/M-JPEG. Not sure what it means, file format or codec, but I have tried mp4, avi, mpeg2, mpeg4 with different settings. Unfortunately player can't read none of them.

is it actually possible to chose mpeg4 codec? premiere offers several file formats, but there is no codec settings.

    Your only option is Mpeg-4

    Try format H.264 with a youtube preset.

    Some files it see, but wont play. H.264 it even wont see. I have one AVI file player can play, but don't know who made it and how.
