Question

Specific sequence keeps crashing Premiere. Need help!

Hi all,

I'm been working in a single Premiere project file for a bit now. When I started a new sequence today, I noticed that this sequence was exceptionally laggy. It was as if the video file wasn't being read properly by Premiere (even though it's just a standard mp4). The other sequences played back perfectly fine. All sequences only contain one video file and a caption track. I closed out off every opened sequeence to see if that was causing the slow response. Nothing changed. Now, Premiere crashes anytime I try to do anything to the sequence, including just clicking on it in the project folder or in the timeline. How can I delete this sequence? Again, trying to highlight it in the project panel crashes Premiere. All my drivers are up to date (2070 Super graphics card). Any other project files seems to continue to work just fine with no crashes. It's just this specific sequence. For the sake of organization, I'd really like to contine to work in this same project file (all related work). But this sequence is causing major issues. Any idea how I'd go about deleting it?

Create a new project and import all but the problem sequence into it.
