speech to text transcript option

Hello

I recently purchased Adobe Premiere solely to use the speech to text option and after downloading it and ensuring I have the newest version, I don't have access to that option yet. I filled out the form to get approved but need this feature ASAP. Is there anyone who can help me fix this?

No, not in the release version unless you have the access Kevin's link points to.

There is at least one tutorial out there that may result in users thinking it is released. But it is still Beta.
