Speed ramp not working in Premiere Pro 23.1.0

Hi,

When I try to use the speed ramp in Premiere Pro 2023 (23.1.0), it doesn't work. I can't move the ramp nor put keyframes. I tried using the pen tool and clicking slightly above the rubber line but nothing works...

It's a shame that such an expensive software has such a loadcrap of lags and technical issues.

How can I work around this?
