Spinning Wait Cursor Mac in Premiere pro , I can't work

every time I work inside premiere pro 2023 in my macbook pro M2 Max , if I move the mouse or click on the timeline, appears the Spinning Wait Cursor, i cant work , I have to wait minutes for it to work again, and I make a single movement and it reappears, someone the same thing happens to this ? I don't know if it's a program or the operation of the pc

    Hi Daniela,

    I read your note. You say you are hanging when working with Premiere Pro. Right? You might try relaunching the app pressing the Shift key to get the Reset Options dialog box. In that box you can reset preferences and delete media cache. Can you try these things then report back? I hope the advice helps. Sorry for the frustration.

    Adobe Premiere no funciona , me aparece el reloj de colores de Mac cada vez que hago click dentro del programa, tengo que esperar minutos hasta que vuelve a funcionar , es imposible editar asi, necesito ayuda, alguien tuvo algun problema similar con el funcionamiento del programa?
